The Little Shoe Store Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 5-business-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
- Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
- A tracking number is required for all returns to ensure proper processing.
- Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom colors and designs are nonrefundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
